To ensure a smooth exchange process, please read our exchange policy below.
- We accept exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Products for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items must be free from any stains, odours, or damage.
- Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at +91 6289085128 within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request.
- Please provide the following information in your exchange request:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to exchange
- The reason for the exchange
- Your preferred size and/or style for the exchange – a screenshot of the product
- Once we receive your exchange request, our team will review it and respond to you as soon as possible. We will confirm the availability of the requested exchange item and provide you with further instructions.
- If you had customised anything so no exchange or return for that will be accepted.
- Ship the product(s) you wish to exchange to the following address: 145 East, 145 Jodhpur Park, Prashanti Apartments, 2nd Floor, Kolkata 700068
- Please ensure that the package is securely packed and includes the original invoice.
- After we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our exchange eligibility criteria. If the item(s) meet our criteria, we will process the exchange.
- Exchanges will be processed for a product of the same value or higher. If the exchanged item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
- As you ship the products to us the commercials will be borne by you for one side of the exchange and when the product is ready we will take of the shipping and commercials attached to it.
- Incase the courier agency happens to misplace the product when the customer is sending the product to 145 East, the customer will be liable for it.
- Please allow up to [12 business days] from the date we receive your returned item(s) for the exchange to be processed and shipped.
